Pan and Tilt Security Camera

This dome IP camera supports rotation 355 degrees in horizontal, 90 degrees in vertical, just need to swipe the screen to adjust the direction of the camera.

Also, you can set different preset locations for the camera, then the surveillance camera will cover all around, everything under control!

3 Modes Night Vision

This Pan and Tilt security camera with 12pcs array infrared&white LED lights, not only supports normal night vision, but also provides more choice, all color night vision and auto color night vision.

1. Infrared Mode: The picture is black and white. The infrared light of the PTZ camera outdoor will be turned on. By default, this PTZ outdoor camera is in infrared mode.

2. Full Color Mode: The picture is in color. The white light of the wireless WiFi camera will be turned on to emit white light to illuminate the surrounding environment. (In order to prolong the service life of the outdoor wireless WiFi camera, it is recommended not to turn on the white light for a long time.)

3. Intelligent Mode: The picture is in color. At night, when the IP camera outdoor detects a human figure, the white light of the IP outdoor camera will be turned on to illuminate the surrounding environment.

IP66 Waterproof

This outdoor security camera has a waterproof rating of IP66, and the material of the WiFi camera is metal shell+abs material shell, so this PTZ outdoor camera is suitable for both outdoor and indoor. After professional testing, this WiFi PTZ camera is suitable for use in the environment of -20℃~+60℃ (-4℉~+140℉), Humidity 10%～90%(non-condensing), which is enough to resist the harsh environment!

SD Card Record Camera

Warm Tips for WiFi Setting:

1. The outdoor WiFi camera only works with 2.4GHZ WiFi, doesn't support 5GHZ WiFi!

2. It is WiFi wireless camera, but it needs to be plugged in a power source to work!

3. No QR code to add the WiFi camera, please add the security camera by LAN Search on CamHi / CamHi pro app!

Q: Why the Outdoor PTZ camera can't track people?

A: (1)The PTZ camera itself doesn’t turn on human tracking function automatically, you need to manually call/transfer the preset number 67 to turn on human tracking, and 68 to turn it off on the APP.
    (2)A friendly reminder, the camera is more inclined to detect and track people closer to the camera. If the person is too far away from the camera, the camera will not be able to sense it.
    (3) It is suggested that there should not be too many distractions around the camera to affect the camera's judgment on the human figure.

Q: Why said it’s wireless, but it has Wires and Network Cables?

A: The camera is wireless wifi camera, but it needs to be powered on to work (Package with power adapter for using). And some customers are accustomed to using a WiFi camera with a network cable, so our package is equipped with a network cable.

Q: When the PTZ camera pan or tilt, does it support smooth movement?

A: No support, all PTZ cameras currently on the market are point-to-point movement when you pan or tilt the camera.

Q: Why is the white light not on in full color mode?

A: Please make sure that the surrounding environment is dark, and secondly, light sensor is a small hole under the ip camera lens, please place the ip camera in a suitable position, and then confirm that the light sensor can sense the light source well.

Q: Why the wifi camera do reboot automatically?

A: To improve user experience, the default setting is reboot at 2:00, every Friday, if you want to turn off, please access browser, click “Setting”--”Advanced”--”Restart Timer”--choose “Off” and remember to “Apply” it.

Q: Why the outdoor PTZ camera connect Blue Iris, but no video/image?

A: Please change video format of the camera to H264 first, Blue Iris only support H264.

Q: Why is the WiFi camera not connecting or is connecting?

A: Firstly, while keeping the WiFi IP camera powered on, please keep the distance between the WiFi IP camera and the router not too far, and there should not be many obstacles between the two, such as multi-sided walls.
Secondly, The WiFi IP camera does not support special letters or symbols (@ # & ...) in Wi-Fi SSID and Wi-Fi password. Please use standard English letters and numbers.
